Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@edwardsnaturals.com. Note that you will have to pay for the return shipping. Shipping cost is based on weight. Just add products to your cart use the shipping calculator to see the shipping price.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped and picked up by a shipping carrier.

Contact us if you have any questions. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Because of the nature of products and for safety and contamination concerns, refunds or exchanges are available within 14 days only if your order has not already been opened, damaged, and is in original packaging. If you require a refund or exchange prior to shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@edwardsnaturals.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received your return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@edwardsnaturals.com.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
